Enrolling for Hospitalizations Patient Portal

The patient portal allows patients easy, immediate, secure and free access to their health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Through the Barnabas Health Physician Office Patient Portal, patients are able to view and download, from their homes or other locations, select lab results, discharge instructions and education, and other clinical information.


To enroll while you are a patient in one of our facilities or emergency departments:

  • Provide your email address to our staff member or physician.
  • Look for an email invitation from Barnabas Health that contains a secure, unique link for you to complete registration.
  • Confirm your name, date of birth and Zip code; then choose a username, password, and a security question and answer.
  • Once enrolled, access your account at https://barnabashealthpatientportal.iqhealth.com.

Enrolling for Physician Office Patient Portal

You can create a Barnabas Health Physician Office Patient Portal account by going to https://barn-hs.iqhealth.com/self-enroll/ . You will be required to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and full SSN. You can also enroll for Barnabas Health Physician Office Patient Portal by filling out a short form at your doctor's office. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, e-mail address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

To complete the registration, an email invitation with a secure, unique link will be sent to you. When you click the link, confirm your name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your Social Security number (or any 4-digit number you choose). Follow the steps on the screen to finish your registration.

Parents or guardians of children up to age 13 can access their children's medical information on Barnabas Health Physician Office Patient Portal. You will need to complete the short registration form and provide a valid email address during your child's visit to the physician. Parental access is terminated just before the child's 13th birthday. Parent of minors age 13 through 17 cannot be given access to Barnabas Health Physician Office Patient Portal because of New Jersey privacy laws that prevent sharing certain medical information with parents.
