Radiology Conferences
Interdepartmental Conferences
Noon Conferences - Daily conference from 12:30-2 pm presented by various
attending. Presentations are either case based or didactical.
Physics - Dr. Subramaniam provides comprehensive lectures every Wednesday
from 12-1:30 pm throughout the year in order to prepare for the physics boards.
MSK Lecture - Dr. Wenoker from UMDNJ provides monthly lectures and board review.
Pediatric Radiology - Weekly conference held 7:30 am every Wednesday by
Dr. Tej Phatak, pediatric radiologist.
Brandt and Helms - Weekly quizzes and discussion held every Tuesday afternoon.
Interdepartmental Conferences
Tumor Board - in conjunction with the Hematology/Oncology Department every Friday.
Chest Tumor Board- Held the last Friday of every month by Pulmonary and
Hematology/Oncology Departments.
M&M Conference - Interdepartmental meeting with Surgery and Pathology
every Monday.
Emergency Radiology - 7:30 am every Thursday morning. Interesting Emergency
Radiology cases and discussions held.
Armed Forces Institute of Pathology - All residents attend the four-week
course in Radiologic Pathology at the AIRP in Washington, D.C. during
their third year of residency.
